Please make sure your shipping address/info is up to date. Packages are mailed to you via USPS First Class mail and sometimes UPS. (Unless you choose a different carrier at checkout) If you would like insurance on your package, please do so at check out, or choose Priority shipping method. It’s very unfortunate if packages or items get lost or damaged due to USPS or any other carrier.
Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we have no control after that. We hope you understand. If you have any questions please let us know. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages or items if insurance is not purchased. In the event your package is lost or damaged, we will help you file a claim.
Shipping charges are quoted at check out, based on the weight of your package & shipping address, these prices vary and can change. Please be aware that USPS may have restrictions to your area for certain shipping classes.
We are not responsible for added customs fees, delays or added taxes. We are also not responsible if your order is delayed because of customs.
