Processing Time

Attention:

We have extended our processing time up to 3-4 weeks.  This is due to a recent influx of orders.  We hope you understand, this is only temporary.  We operate with 1 person making all orders by hand.  We appreciate your kindness and understanding. 

We will have your order ready to ship in approximately 14 business days. However, due to the nature of custom orders, this time may vary. Processing may take longer than 14 business days.  We will communicate with you if your order is going to take longer to process.

Fi Compatible Collars:  These orders may take approximately 3-5 weeks for processing. We get the end links directly from Fi.  Sometimes they have extended processing, we will communicate with you in the event this effects your order. 

If your order is $100 or more, or if you place multiple orders, your processing time will be extended.  Getting supplies for larger orders takes more time, and if you have placed multiple orders, there may be other orders placed in between your orders, that will need to be processed as well.
