Processing Time

Attention:

We have extended our processing time up to 4+ weeks.  This is due to a recent influx of orders.  We hope you understand, this is only temporary.  We operate with 1 person making all orders by hand.  We appreciate your kindness and understanding. 

We will have your order ready to ship in approximately 4 weeks.  However, due to the nature of custom orders, this time may vary. Processing may take a little longer, if so we will communicate with you via email or text.

Fi Compatible Collars:  These orders may take approximately 3-5 weeks for processing. We get the end links directly from Fi.  Sometimes they have extended processing, we will communicate with you in the event this effects your order. 

If your order is $100 or more, or if you place multiple orders, your processing time will be extended.  Getting supplies for larger orders takes more time, and if you have placed multiple orders, there may be other orders placed in between your orders, that will need to be processed as well. 

Rushed orders:  At this time we do allow rushed orders to be processed by purchasing the rushed order on our website. It is $12 per order. Order numbers must be provided. This is available for in stock items only.  Please note that sometimes we may have to make a special order to complete your order.  Rushed order will put you in the front of the queue.
