Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
In the event that you wish to cancel your order, and not go through with purchase once your order is placed, or if it is returned (on a case by case basis, not typically accepted & must be in new condition) we will charge a $10 restock fee per item. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know. We will be happy to help you any way we can. All order cancellation requests must be submitted via our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may issue you a credit to our shop in the form of a gift card, or discount on future purchase. Please inspect your items immediately after delivery. If you have any issues with your order, please let us know within the first 30 days of delivery. Once item is attached to pet ex: collar, leash, tag etc. it may become scratched. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged tags once they are worn by your pet. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided such as shipping address, or phone numbers for your orders. Please double check all information provided.
